We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value, unless the return is a result of our error.
If you wish to return an item, we ask that you notify us first via email at email@example.com. A sales representative will reply and consult with you to make the necessary shipping and insurance arrangements to ship the item back safely via DHL. Please don't refuse delivery of your order.
